John (Beans) and TJ Brown discuss a new law that was passed in Pittsburgh that will keep police OFF the streets from 3am-7am. That's right. No police from 3am-7am. Despite this sounding like a dystopian law, it is in fact real.  

They then talk about how that relates to the crime issues in Chicago and Illinois, and what the future looks like based on those crime polices. 

TJ then briefly goes off on a new law that was introduced in Illinois to future tax companies like META and Google by have them pay local new outlets based on clicks.
